Tailored Financial Support
Every organisation is different — and so is every engagement. Below is a guide to the ways we typically work together. If you're not sure which service fits your situation, don't worry. That's exactly what the free consultation is for.
Clear numbers. Confident decisions.
Most organisations have data — but not the insight to act on it. Management accounting turns your financial information into something genuinely useful: reports that tell you where you actually are, what's working, and what needs to change.
This is the foundation of everything. Whether you're a charity managing restricted funds, a school balancing a tight budget, or a growing small business, you deserve to understand your finances — not just file them.

Know where you're going — and how to get there.
A financial plan isn't just a spreadsheet. It's the difference between reacting to problems and being ahead of them. Whether you're planning for growth, restructuring, applying for funding, or simply trying to get a clearer picture of your organisation's future, this is where we start.
I bring over 20 years of experience helping leaders think clearly about where they want to go — and what it will actually take to get there, financially.

Stop guessing. Start planning.
A budget that's built once and forgotten isn't a budget — it's a wish list. Real budgeting means having a living document that reflects your organisation's reality, updated as things change, and used to make actual decisions.
Forecasting takes it a step further: instead of looking back at what happened, we look forward at what's coming. So when a funding gap appears or an unexpected cost hits, you're prepared rather than panicked.

Senior financial leadership — without the full-time cost.
A Fractional CFO means you get the thinking, the expertise and the strategic oversight of a senior finance director — for the days you actually need it. This is ideal if you're between hires, growing faster than your finance function, facing a major decision, or simply not yet at the stage where a full-time CFO makes sense.
I can join your leadership team on a part-time or interim basis — attending board meetings, advising on major decisions, managing your finance function and building the financial infrastructure your organisation needs to scale.

Stop paying more than you should.
Tax isn't just something that happens to you at year-end. With the right advice, it becomes part of your financial strategy — something you plan for, rather than panic about.
I am a qualified tax professional in both the UK and Canada, with experience helping individuals, sole traders, contractors and organisations understand their tax position and manage it efficiently. The goal is never to cut corners — it's to make sure you're not leaving money on the table by missing legitimate reliefs, allowances or planning opportunities.

That's completely normal. Most clients come to me knowing something isn't working with their finances — but not quite sure what, or what to do about it. The free consultation is a no-pressure conversation to work that out together.
Book My Free Call →Good strategy starts with clean books.
If your records are behind, messy or just not quite right, bookkeeping is often the first step — because it's very difficult to make good financial decisions from unreliable data. While bookkeeping isn't the core of what Orada Consulting does, it's offered as a foundation service for clients who need it.
For clients who already have a bookkeeper, I work alongside them to ensure the management accounts and strategic work can be built on solid foundations.

Face your audit with confidence.
For charities and nonprofits particularly, audit readiness isn't just a compliance box — it affects your credibility with funders, your board's confidence, and your ability to apply for grants. This service helps organisations prepare properly, so that audit season isn't a scramble.

Affordable external assurance for smaller charities.
If your charity has an annual income below the threshold requiring a full audit, an independent examination is the right level of external scrutiny — and a legal requirement for many charities. As a qualified independent examiner, I review your accounts to provide assurance that your financial records are accurate, complete and properly maintained.
Unlike a full audit, an independent examination is a proportionate, cost-effective review focused on specific matters rather than forming an opinion on whether the accounts are 'true and fair'. It's designed for smaller charities and nonprofits — and it gives your trustees, funders and the public confidence that your finances are in good order.
Not sure whether your charity needs an independent examination or a full audit? Book a free call and I'll help you work out what's required →
Every engagement is different, so pricing is always agreed upfront and tailored to the scope of work. Some clients need ongoing monthly support; others need a focused piece of work over a few weeks. There's no one-size-fits-all — and there are no hidden fees.
Not at all. Most people don't know exactly what they need — they just know what isn't working. That's what the initial consultation is for. We'll talk about your situation, and I'll recommend the best approach.
Yes. While my specific tax qualifications are in the UK and Canada, I provide financial strategy, forecasting, and fractional CFO services to clients globally.
Pricing depends on the scope of work. Fractional CFO roles are typically priced on a monthly retainer basis, while specific projects (like building a financial model or a tax review) are priced as a fixed fee. Everything is agreed upfront in a clear proposal.
Absolutely. I work extensively with self-employed professionals, particularly healthcare contractors, to ensure they are operating tax-efficiently and managing their finances effectively.
